Anna Dudinova illustrated a new interactive digital book for the “SAGAS Interactive” platform. “SAGAS” is an exciting digital platform based in Colombia that combines the magic of storytelling with the active participation of children. Little readers can interact with the stories through movements, sounds and tactile feedback, sparking creativity. Anna KozuninaChildren’s book about forgiveness

Anna has illustrated the children’s book “Tatinska gostija” by EPISTOLA publishing house. The book talks about a forest bunch, united by their hardships and determined to find food on a neighboring farm. On the farmer’s table, the animals organize a real thieving feast, which lasts until a jealous piglet pits the farmer against them. This is a book about the tremendous power of forgiveness and how with one magic word we can right many wrongs and at the same time feel relieved when we admit that we have done something bad.

A poster Roma Gavrilă created for a special New Year’s Eve classical music concert, focused on the works of Mozart. Roma drew her inspiration from 18th century fashion, and chose the crystal pieces to give it a more festive feel. The pose of the characters if from a menuet, a very popular dance at that time.

A 3d artist, architect by profession. His love for creating in the 3d digital medium was born during studies and he had been working on that skill ever since. His professional path started with a strong emphasis on architectural visualisation, but he had moved to products and animation as well. When not creating in front of a computer, he does sports, reading and he generally tries to constantly broaden his horizons.

MATEJ DE CECCO – PUBLISHER DZS

Slovene youth writer Primož Suhadolčan and our own illustrator Matej de Cecco recently joined forces in creating a sport-themed picture book Goran – Legend of the Dragon; a semi-biographical story about basketball star Goran Dragić, coupled with mythical creatures was released by the publisher DZS.

This awesome Elvis wannabe was created with the love me tender hands of our Robert Valčić. Honestly, this illustrated ad for Ombia cotton swabs, coordinated by Saatchi Agency, AD Miha Grobler (client: Hofer), makes us all go very viva Las Vegas.

Matevž Paternoster’s photographies of renovated loggia – main entry hall at Ledina Gymnasium in Ljubljana, designed by studio Svet vmes, were selected for online architectural portal Divisare.

Green, green … As spring and as the bottle of Laško beer. Pivovarna Laško Union brewery entrusted Matevž Paternoster to photograph the renewed label, project was comissioned by Luna TBWA agency.

PRESENTING: BOJANA DIMITROVSKI

Bojana is internatinally awarded illustrator. Her feeling for expressions, ability for translating narration into picture and mesmerizing capacity for creating vast colour depths can be admired in her many children’s books.

The dragon concluded that it’s time: he turned his mustaches up, streched his wings and found himself a new home. He was helped by Pristop Agency, Pivovarna Laško Union brewery and Luke Ritchie.

Pristop agency designed series of ads titled Don’t drive, travel, inspired by travelling lifestyle and complete devotion to pleasure of driving.

JAKA VUKOTIČ – GRAMMAR OF THE SLOVENIAN LANGUAGE

Not many illustrators can pride themselves by having illustrated a grammar of Slovenian language. And two? Dr. Kozma Ahačič wrote one for elementary school and another for high school students, Jaka Vukotič illustrated language elements skillfully and with wit; they were published by Rokus Klett publishing house.

Cookie that our Mark Jordan baked for Donat Mg, following the recipe of Pristop Agency, won the first prize in the category Citylight at the Outstanding contest. Congratulations!  

DAVOR PAVELIĆ – NOTICE THE RABBIT?

Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportinities’ campaign about importance of taking action in cases of family violence was supported by the illustration of Davor Pavelić. In the meantime, you noticed the rabbit?    

JAKA VUKOTIČ – JEZIČNI MOŽJE

Book Jezični možje (Mouthy Men), explaining the history of Slovene language, won the first prize as the best Children’s Book in Slavonic languages, dedicated to history and culture of Slavonic nations. Congratulations to author Kozma Ahačič, illustrator Jaka Vukotič and Založba Rokus Klett publishing house!

Little Heroes, series of personalised children’s books, is surprising its audience in Germany as well. Story of the Magical Suitcase was ilustrated by Marko Renko and written by Tino. Wish all the readers many happily ever afters!

Even such mythological creatures as the Goldhorn must change their fur sometimes. Laško Brewery showed the honor of its changing to Mark Jordan, LUKS Studio was keeping their vigilant eye on it.  

PRESENTING: GAŠPER KRAJNC

It will be easier to encapsulate the world around us into squares – Gašper Krajnc has joined us. Gašper was active for many years in graphic design and audio-video production, before landing into the world of illustration. What excites him most is that illustration offers him unlimited array of possibilties for creating any kind of expressive landscape. His favourite is narrative illustration as storyboards and comics. His ‘Mode: Imagination’ was rewarded at Belgrade’s Comic Saloon in 2013. He perserves his ability for drawing steady lines by wild-water rafting.
